5. *ARUNACHAL* : A team of National Monuments Authority will visit Arunachal Pradesh from Tuesday to identify new additions to the list of Centrally Protected Monuments from the state.

6. *ASSAM* : 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐢 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 2022 | BJP is all set to sweep the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) elections. The counting of votes is underway. If we take a look at the tally then the BJP has already secured 23 out of the 26 Council seats.

7. *DELHI* : A massive fire broke out in Delhi’s Karol Bagh in the early hours this morning. Officials of Delhi Fire Service said a total of 35 fire tenders were rushed to the site. Around 200 firemen were pressed into service and hours after the fire broke out, it was brought under control

9. *MAHARASHTRA* : PM Modi will visit Maharashtra on 14th of June. He will inaugurate Jagatguru Shrisant Tukaram Maharaj Temple in Dehu, Pune. He will inaugurate Jal Bhushan Building and Gallery of Revolutionaries at Raj Bhawan in Mumbai. Thereafter, Prime Minister will participate in Dwishatabdi Mahotsav of Mumbai Samachar at Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai.

10. *MANIPUR* : Union Minister of State for Home Affairs and Youth Affairs and Sports Nisith Pramanik visited Loktak Lake of Manipur and the Minister assured that all possible assistance from his end in the development of the lake.

11. *RAJASTHAN* , a massive fire broke out in a polymer factory in Alwar’s MIA Industrial Area yesterday, on 12 June. The fire also engulfed two nearby factories. Several fire tenders brought the fire under control.

12. *TELANGANA* : Elest has signed an agreement with Telangana government to set up India’s first display manufacturing facility worth ₹24,000 crore. The facility will manufacture displays for smartphones, tablet computers, laptops, etc

13. *UTTAR PRADESH* Police found .12 bore and .315 bore illegal pistols and cartridges from the home of Prayagraj violence main accused Javed Mohammed before demolishing it on Sunday, Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Kumar said.

14. *WEST BENGAL* CM Mamata Banerjee on Sunday wished Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi an “early recovery”, hours after the Congress leader was admitted to a hospital in Delhi due to Covid-19 related issues.

DEFENCE:
1. Chief of the Army Staff General Manoj Pande is on a three-day visit to Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand to review the security situation along the Line of Actual Control with China in this sector.

2. The Indian Air Force has plans of acquiring 114 Multirole Fighter Aircraft (MRFA) under ‘Buy Global and Make in India’ scheme under which Indian companies would be allowed to partner with a foreign vendor.

According to reports IAF is planning to acquire 114 fighter jets of which 96 would be built in India, and rest 18 would be imported from the foreign vendor chosen for the project.

3. The India-Tajikistan Friendship Hospital (ITFH) in Bokhtar was handed over to Deputy Defence Minister of Tajikistan Major General Shohiyon Abdusottor on 11 June by Ambassador of India Viraj Singh.

4. The Gajraj Corps of the Indian Army organised a youth motivation event at Tezpur, Assam. The school students attended lectures by army personnel.
The event included career counselling and ‘Know your Army Mela’.
