1. Bajaj Consumer Share Buyback: FMCG company Bajaj Consumer Care announced that its board approved a share buyback upto Rs 80.89 crore at a price not exceeding Rs 240 per share through open market route.

A share buyback, also known as share repurchase, is a corporate action to buy back its own outstanding shares from its existing shareholders

2. The Central Government has recently accorded “In Principle” approval for setting up 21 greenfield airports across India.

3. PM Modi will visit Nagpur to launch and lay the foundation of projects worth over Rs 75,000 crore in Nagpur on Sunday. He will also flag off the sixth Vande Bharat Express which will connect Nagpur and Bilaspur, and launch phase-I of the Nagpur Metro, Samruddhi Mahamarg, connecting Nagpur and Shirdi.

The Railways Ministry is aiming to induct at least 75 Vande Bharat trains by August 2023.

1. Passing out parade was held at Indian Military Academy in yesterday. A total of 344 Gentlemen Cadets of 151 Regular Course and 134 Technical Graduate Course, including 30 Gentlemen Cadets from eleven friendly foreign countries successfully passed out from the portals of Indian Military Academy.
