CRIME REPORT
1. Income Tax Department recovered cash and jewellery worth ₹15 crore during raids at Dhanera Diamonds and Bhavna Gems and real-estate firms linked to the two companies. The raids, which began on December 2, were carried out across 30 locations in Surat and Mumbai.
2. Four persons were killed and 15 others injured after a Tata ace vehicle in which they were travelling lost control and overturned in Jampani Village of Bapatla district, Andhra Pradesh on Monday.

2. Actress Deepika Padukone will unveil the 2022 FIFA World Cup trophy during the final, which is set to take place on December 18. Earlier, actress Nora Fatehi had performed at the FIFA Fan Fest in Qatar. Deepika had also represented India at the Cannes Film Festival as one of the jury members earlier this year.
3. Actress Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram Stories on Monday and shared that she has started shooting for ‘Chandramukhi 2’. Raghava Lawrence will play the lead role opposite Kangana. The film, directed by P Vasu, also stars Anushka Shetty.

1. President Draupadi Murmu has given the approval for the introduction of a new design for the President’s Standard and Colour and also unveiled the Indian Navy’s Crest at Visakhapatnam.
The new design of the President’s Standard and Colour comprises three main constituents — the national flag in the upper-left canton adjacent to the staff, the state emblem undescribed with ‘Satyamev Jayate’ in golden colour on the upper right canton on the fly side and a Navy Blue-Gold Octagon below the golden state emblem.
2. In series of operations carried out in the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) have arrested five Maoists, while seven others surrendered.
