Delhi: In an archaeological milestone, ancient Shaiva and Buddhist idols have been unearthed at Bhadrakamandala in Odisha. 9th-12th centuries B.C.

The idols, including a Shiva idol and Buddhist statues, were discovered by villagers who were digging near the historic mound. Notable finds include a beautifully carved Shiva Linga and Buddha in a meditative pose, both with intricate carvings that reflect OdishaтАЩs rich cultural and religious history.
