“You possess a kind of inner force that seeks to guide you toward your Life’s Task what you are meant to accomplish in the time that you have to live.”
Some Days we sleep for an average of 6-7 hours, eat healthy diets, exercise, and meditate, yet somehow have difficulty concentrating on work. It is complex, it can due to various reasons, but the most common and overlooked reason is that:
We do not know how to practice detachment. Whatever we do, we put ourselves whole into it and are unable to pull ourselves back from it, which in turn makes us less focused on our upcoming work and even lesser on work done after that.
The truth is we generate a limited quantity of energy with us and instead of focusing it in a hundred directions, if we direct it in one or two directions, it will fetch incredible results.
But as easily our mind manipulates and various others materialistic engagements temp us that we easily lose the sense of who we are? What do we want? And what are we working towards?
Thus, it is natural to feel low, when we are connected with so many people online, and our energy is expanding in all directions with limited strength. We need to attain mastery over our energies. That is what Yoga is all about.
