Veganism is a philosophy where people abstain from using animal products . For ethical , health, and environmental reasons . They give respect to animals and see them as an entity and they not to exploit them as much as practically possible .

The person following this Philosophy is called vegan.

According to the Vegan Society, the term “vegan” was coined back in 1944 by a small group of vegetarians who broke away from the Leicester Vegetarian Society in England to form the Vegan Society.

Most of the people not use any animal products and go fo vegan alternative in food , makeup , house essentials and even clothing . Biggest change is diet , vegans not consume any product from animal derived products .

Vegetarian and vegan difference
While vegetarian abstain from eggs , meat , poultry or fish . A vegan follows much a stricter vegetarian who also avoids consuming dairy , eggs and any other ingredients derived from animals .

Veganism is more than diet
Veganism is often considered a lifestyle strongly anchored in animal rights.
Because of this many vegans do not use any clothing items silk , wool, leather or suede .
They even boycott companies that test on animals and purchase only cosmetics that are free of animal products.
Vegan Food

They consume food like – pulses , vegetables , fruits, nuts and seeds .
Instead of
● paneer -tofu
● milk from animals – almond , cashew , coconut milk .
● Meat – tempeh

Remember,
Veganism is a lifestyle that excludes all animal products and attempts to limit animal cruelty and exploitation as much as possible.
