“What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create.”
—Buddha
What is manifestation?
The mere act, process, or instance of manifesting something we wish in our lives.
We all want to manifest our dream life from waking up early to having a fit body, smiling face, good money income, working on our dream project, to finding a wonderful partner to share the love with.
But then, why don’t we live the life we want? Do we not like it enough? What is stopping us from living our dream life? Is manifestation even a real thing? And if yes, then how can we manifest?
The answer lies inside us. Until we are ready, no matter how much we desire something, cry or crave for it. We would not receive it. This is the law of manifestation.
To receive, call or attract something, we must build ourselves capable of receiving it.
But the question arises, how do we know when we are ready and how do we prepare ourselves for it?
As per Sadguru, “To create what you care for, the first and foremost thing is that what you want must be well manifested in your mind. Is that what you want? You must look at it, because for any number of things in your life you have thought, “This is it.” The moment you reach there, you realize that it is not it – it is the next one and the next one.
So, first of all you must explore what it is that you really want. Once that is clear and you are committed to creating it, now there is a continuous process of thought in that direction. Once you can maintain a steady stream of thought without changing direction, it will definitely manifest as a reality in your life.”
Once, we are clear in our minds about what we are looking for and bent on committing to creating it, the process begins.
This is the path of transformation where we shed our old selves with old habits and ideas and become more humble, kind, progressive, and loving. To keep our thoughts steady, positive, and powerful, we have to focus on four dimensions of life:
Body, Mind, Emotions, and Energy. We may not be taught in school about this but to face life joyfully we must learn about their nature and how to reach a balance in them.
We don’t have to try and control our movement, thoughts, emotions, and energies rather learn to consciously recognize and influence them at will. Keep them in such a way that they are pleasant to us.
For example, we buy a car but to travel and reach a destination we must learn to drive it. And the more we practice it, the better we get at it.
Similarly, once we know about our body, mind, emotions, and energy and start using it consciously, we become better at it and begin manifesting everything good and positive in life.
We will manifest whatever our heart desires as long as we keep simple beliefs and faith in what we are doing, going, asking, and giving. That is why, it is important to have a clean heart, mind, and soul and think and do good for others while we are pursuing our destiny.
Indeed, real jewels lie on the journey, not at the top. And manifestation is real and it works for people who gain self-mastery over themselves like Oprah Winfrey, Jack Canfield, Lisa Nichols, Karishma Mehta, and Vishen Lakhiani.
They were ordinary people like us once but today they are living extraordinary lives that they manifested for themselves by constantly creating positive vibes and following a set of daily rituals that enhanced their mindset and body and brought them closer to their goals
