Pampering your feet
Immersing your feet in a tub of warm water, is a nice way to relax after a long day. A foot soak soothes your muscles, hydrates your skin, and can relieve aches and pains due to standing for hours or walking in uncomfortable shoes.
You can add two teaspoons of epsom salt, and if you want, you can also add a few drops of essential oil for added relaxation. Dip your feet in this warm water for 10 to 15 minutes. Take a towel to dry your feet.
