Addictions and how to overcome them

Each one of us is facing or suffering from different varieties of addiction, some are physically serious while others are emotionally and mentally let down.

For Example, drug addiction, Netflix addiction, social media addiction, smoking addiction, Stress eating, Sleep talking, Workaholic, Perfectionist, Narcissism, etc

So, hard or happy times happen and we get addicted based on our exposure, integrity, and controlling power.

Now, there are different levels of addiction based on its power to influence and control us i.e

  1. Occasional: It means without being psychotic, we have control over what we are doing and it is a conscious action, never compulsive.
  2. Happening: Here, the person is losing control over the action and doing it without a reason unconsciously like an old habit.
  3. Addiction: Here, the people are aware they donтАЩt want to be involved with this. It is not good for their health, career, mind, or efficiency, and yet, they are unable to control themselves.

This is where the cure comes into the scene.

It is as easy and difficult as being passionate and peaceful together. тАЬEnergy follows thought.тАЭ every thought that we create is released into the universe and manifests itself or materializes and becomes our reality.

So, if we keep trash-talking ourselves that we are losing control, then in reality, we will start losing control. But when we keep affirming ourselves, we are what we are and are not slaves of the body, mind, or emotions, we will eventually rise above them and definitely overcome the addictions.

Apps, games, and drugs are nothing but something that plays with our mind and when we repeat to ourselves, we are the master of mind, then we regain control over it and win in the end.
