1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Moscow to participate in the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit. He is on official visit to Russia and Austria.
2. A five-member Indian delegation from the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) arrived in Colombo, Sri Lanka, for a three-day visit. The delegation, led by the Secretary and Director General of the National Centre for Good Governance, Mr. V. Srinivas, will engage in discussions on capacity-building programmes for Sri Lankan civil servants.
3. The UAE is making steady progress toward adopting India’s Unified Payments Interface, or UPI. This move is set to revolutionize digital transactions for Indian tourists and residents in the Emirates. Earlier this year, in February, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UAE President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan officially launched UPI services in Abu Dhabi.
4. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has signed a $60 million financing agreement with Aadhar Housing Finance Limited (AHFL) to provide housing loans to women in India, focusing on low-income.

1. In France, President Emmanuel Macron rejected Prime Minister Gabriel Attal’s resignation after the ruling party failed to secure a majority in the snap legislative elections. Macron has asked Attal to remain as Prime Minister for the time being to ensure the country’s stability.
2. In Mongolia, the ruling Mongolian People’s Party (MPP), the main opposition Democratic Party (DP), and the Hun Party, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a coalition government.
