1. A 30-member delegation from Bangladesh along with six serving officers of its armed forces will attend the Vijay Diwas observance on December 16 to honour the triumph of Mukti Bahini (liberation warriors) and the Indian armed forces over Pakistan in the 1971 war.

2. CANADA DIDN’T GRANT INDIAN OFFICIALS VISAS FOR NIJJAR CASE VISIT’: While the Indian government assured all help to the Canadian authorities by National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval after the claims over the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, Canada did not help Indian officials with visas and permissions, according to top intelligence sources.

3. Former diplomat & political leader Mani Shankar Aiyar stressed the need to revive diplomatic relations with Pakistan that are based on people to people contact. He said that diplomacy should be the principal weapon to deal with neighbours.

4. 1. Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that Israel will continue its war until all of its goals are achieved. He called it impossible to achieve these goals without continuing the ground incursion.

2. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will travel to China for a working visit from 3 Dec -4 Dec. service.During his visit to Beijing, Lukashenko is scheduled to hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping. The agenda of talks includes issues related to trade, economic, investment and international cooperation.

3. At least eight people lost their lives and 26 others were injured in a firing incident on a passenger bus at Gilgit-Baltistan in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir’s (PoK).

4. Three people were killed and nine others were injured after an explosion at a university gymnasium in the southern Philippines. The blast took place during a Catholic mass service at Mindanao State University in Marawi City on Sunday.

5. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said his country will do everything for the International Criminal Court (ICC) to punish Israel for the genocide in the Gaza Strip.

6. Citing a failure by the Hamas terror organisation to fulfil its obligations, Israel withdrew its negotiating team from Qatar after reaching a “dead end” in talks.

7. Indonesia’s Marapi volcano in West Sumatra province erupted yesterday, spewing volcanic ash as high as 3,000 metres into the air.
