1. A delegation of officials from the United States will visit India for trade talks with Indian officials. The visit comes against the backdrop of U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to impose reciprocal tariffs on various countries, including India.

2. India Supports Construction of Multipurpose School Building in Nepal’s Dailekh. The foundation stone for the construction of the Shree Nepal Rastriya Secondary School Multipurpose Building at Dailekh was laid yesterday.

3. The 33rd meeting of the Working Mechanism for Consultation and Coordination on India-China Border Affairs (WMCC) was held in Beijing, China.

4. The Government of Meghalaya, in collaboration with the Indian Chamber of Commerce, is organising the 7th ACT EAST BUSINESS SHOW from 25th to the 27th of March at the State Convention Centre, Shillong. U.S. Lawmakers Introduce Bill to Sanction Pakistan Army Chief Over Political Persecution : They introduced legislation calling for sanctions on Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir and other generals and officials for the prosecution of political opponents, including the imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

2. Mass Protests Erupt in Türkiye Over Jailed Istanbul Mayor. The head of Türkiye’s main opposition party visited jailed Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu after six nights of massive protests calling for his release. Mayor Imamoglu, arrested on the 19th of this month on corruption charges.
