This significant gathering follows the signing of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework by 196 countries, an ambitious treaty designed to protect the planet’s diverse ecosystems.
2. NASA’s SpaceX Crew-8 mission is currently delayed in returning to Earth. Severe weather in Florida’s splashdown zones has forced this delay. Consecutive hurricanes, Helene and Milton, have caused disruption and danger.
