1. External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar will undertake a three-day official visit to Italy from Sunday. He will travel to Fiuggi, Italy to participate in the Outreach session of the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, where India has been invited as a guest country.
2. Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA) has the potential to boost 99.6 per cent of Indian exports with market access to European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries. TEPA between India and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries signed in March 2024, is set to drive investments worth 100 billion Dollars.
3. Armenia has become the 104th full member of the International Solar Alliance (ISA). The Armenian Embassy in India announced.
4. UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer announced that Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations with India will resume in early 2025. The decision follows a meeting with Indian PM Modi, aiming to strengthen bilateral ties, currently valued at GBP 42 billion annually.
5. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has entered into a significant collaboration with the Australian Space Agency (ASA) to support India’s first crewed spaceflight program, Gaganyaan. On November 20, 2024, the two space agencies signed an Implementation Agreement (IA) to enhance cooperation on crew and crew module recovery, which is crucial for the success of the Gaganyaan mission.
6. Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged the Indian diaspora and people from other countries to take part in the Bharat Ko Janiye (Know India) Quiz. In a social media post, the Prime Minister said that the quiz deepens the connection between India and its diaspora worldwide.
Government of India will organize the 5th edition of Know India Quiz 2024-25 from 11 November to 10 December 2024. The objective of the quiz is to inspire people of Indian origin/Indian community living abroad to know and understand India. The winners will get an opportunity to experience the wonders of #IncredibleIndia.”

7. Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced plans to continue testing an experimental intermediate-range ballistic missile, capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, in combat conditions, despite international criticism.
8. At least 17 Palestinians were killed by Israeli bombings across the Gaza Strip. Seven Palestinians, including three children, were killed by the Israeli bombing on a house in the Al-Zaytoun neighbourhood, southeast of Gaza City.
