1. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met with his Benin counterpart Olushegun Adjadi Bakari in New Delhi on Monday.

2. Benin expressed solidarity with India in its efforts to tackle the scourge of terrorism, which has become the biggest threat to international peace and security in the current times.

3. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, visited the Embassy of Kuwait in Delhi Monday morning to express condolences and pay respects following the passing of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of the State of Kuwait.
