1. India-Canada row Highlights: Indian government have rejected the claims of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who accused India of backing criminal activities in Canada in a fresh statement on Monday amid a massive diplomatic row.

2. 🇨🇦Canada alleged that Indian agents present on its soil are working with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang to target pro-Khalistan elements. Incidentally, the allegations come at a time when Lawrence Bishnoi is in the news in India for his alleged involvement in the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique.

3. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday landed in Islamabad to attend a conclave of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, in the first visit to Pakistan by a high-ranking Indian minister in nearly a decade that came amid frosty ties between the two neighbours.

4. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday exchanged pleasantries with Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, hours after landing in the Pakistani capital to attend a conclave of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.

5. India and Colombia signed an MoU on Audiovisual Co-production in New Delhi. Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr L Murugan signed the agreement along with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Jorge Rojas Rodríguez.

6. In Sri Lanka, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, the cultural arm of the Indian High Commission, celebrated the 576th birth anniversary of Srimanta Sankardev in Colombo. On the occasion, one of his Bargeets, “Narayan Kahe Bhakati Karoon Tera,” was translated into Sinhala and performed in the language. The event marks the first-ever translation and performance of a Bargeet in a foreign language.

1. Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has allocated 50 million Lankan rupees to assist those affected by the devastating floods that have swept across the country.

2. The 75th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) opened at the MiCo Convention Center in Milan, Italy. The event has drawn more than 10,000 space experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and professionals from around the world. Italian President Sergio Mattarella attended the opening ceremony.

3. Chinese military has commenced a new round of drills near Taiwan which has been strongly condemned by Taiwan Ministry.
