1. Sultan of Oman Haitham Bin Tarik arrived in New Delhi on Friday on a three day State Visit to India. Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan received him at the airport.

2. Cabinet approves Memorandum of Understanding between India, Italy on Cooperation in the field of Industrial Property Rights.

3. Cabinet approves Memorandum of Understanding signed between India, Tanzania on Cooperation in field of sharing successful Digital Solutions implemented at Population Scale for Digital Transformations.

4. The Cabinet on Friday approved the draft Memorandum of Understanding, MoU between the United States of America and India to enhance innovation ecosystems through an innovation handshake.

5. Maldives has said that it will not renew the Hydrographic Survey agreement made with India.

6. Iranian Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts Ezzatollah Zarghami has said the Iranian Cabinet has decided to unilaterally cancel visa requirements for visitors from India. Iran on Wednesday decided to waive visa requirements for 33 countries.

7. China said that the Indian Supreme Court’s verdict on Article 370 does not change the fact that the western section of the China-India border belongs to China.

1. Three security personnel have been killed and several injured in two attacks in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) province on Friday.
