1. IndiGo has announced the launch of daily direct flights between Delhi and Guangzhou, China, starting November 10, 2025. The service will be operated using Airbus A320 aircraft, marking a significant step in restoring connectivity between the two nations.
2. The President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, will undertake a state visit to India from October 13 to 16, 2025, at the invitation of President Smt Droupadi Murmu.

4. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met US Ambassador-designate Sergio Gor on 11 October 2025, at the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi. During the meeting, they discussed the growing India-US relationship and its increasing global significance.
5. Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi visited the historic Islamic seminary Darul Uloom Deoband in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, on 11 October 2025. The visit came on the sidelines of his engagements in India and was marked by cordial interactions with religious leaders and the local community.He met Maulana Arshad Madani, President of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind.
6. India has announced a series of new healthcare projects for Afghanistan as part of its ongoing medical cooperation. According to Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal, the initiatives include setting up a Thalassemia centre and a modern diagnostic centre in Kabul, along with replacing the heating system at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health (IGICH).
7. India and the UK have launched the India-UK Connectivity & Innovation Centre with a joint investment of £24 million to drive research, innovation, and global standards in advanced telecommunications.
8. India’s conservation efforts received global recognition on Friday as Dr Sonali Ghosh, Field Director of Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve, became the first Indian to win the prestigious WCPA-Kenton Miller Award for innovation in National Parks and Protected Area Sustainability at the IUCN World Conservation Congress held in Abu Dhabi.
9. Canada’s Foreign Minister Anita Anand to visit India, Singapore and China from October 12.
