1. The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to intervene in the case of an Indian citizen, identified as Nikhil Gupta by US authorities, who has been arrested in the Czech Republic for allegedly conspiring to kill Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in the US, saying it was a sensitive case, and left the matter to the government.
2. All 21 crew, including Indians, aboard the cargo ship, ‘MV Lila Norfolk’, that was hijacked near the coast of Somalia have been rescued and are safe.
3. Nepal has signed a long-term agreement for the export of 10,000 MW of power to India in the next 10 years.
