1. India has made strides in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and promoting sustainable growth. Recent reports indicate that India’s GHG emissions decreased by 7.93% in 2020 compared to 2019.
2. India has extended humanitarian assistance to Bolivia to support the tackling of forest fires. In a social media post, Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson, Randhir Jaiswal said that the consignment consisting of fire fighting gear, first-aid kit, medicines and other utilities has departed for Bolivia.
