Two and a Half Minutes

Two and a Half Minutes

Sitting blank for two and half
minutes on a laptop, I realized:
What I have been thinking is
distance. Distance not as in
physical form but something
more powerful than that in my
abstract thought.

In two and half minutes, I created
a thought by giving much emphasis
on what to tell you and what to
keep a secret. That in itself is
somehow, a breach of contract
between a writer and the readers
based on trust and truth.

Now, I have received a legal
letter to appear tomorrow at the
Department of Writer’s Law
Enforcement, in The Ministry
of Creativity Headquarters,
Whitehall, London
sharp at 11 AM.

So, much for an abstract thought.
So, much for two minutes and a
half.
