When you sit in the awkward
silence of loneliness, there
is a whole world outside
celebrating, laughing, moving,
and waiting to embrace you as
part of the whole.
The walls were not built by
outsiders, it was built by us.
And only we can break it.
To become limitless,
To be free from demons of
depression and darkness,
we must embrace the whole
world as part of ourselves.
It is total inclusion
we be will wholly liberated.
