Dealing With Death Of A Loved One by Prerna Gupta

Irrespective of how much we try to defy or escape death at one or another moment it catches
with each one of us and we are forced to face the brutal truth of life that we are all mortals and
one day we are all going to go without any exception.

And though upon losing a loved one, many of us may lose hope, or find it difficult to return to our
daily return, we all must find the courage to do so and perhaps even cherish it as a reminder
that even we have less time left on earth and use it to the best of our abilities and fulfill our
dreams and serve others by trying to reduce their pain.

Times of grief are unconsolable and it may seem like an end sometimes they are one and you
are allowed to grief in your way and as much time as you need but one thing that can help you
find solace is not a single person in the whole world who has not seen death or suffered the loss
of a loved one.

So, look around yourself. Look in others’ eyes and stand not for your sake then at least others
and try to make others’ lives better and be kind in each of your interactions because we never
know which one is our last one and with whom.

When you can comprehend this simple understanding that there is a lot of suffering in the world
and like you, many souls are suffering, this will help you develop compassion, enrich your life,
and deepen your understanding.

Remember love and kindness go a long way beyond graves to God.

Every end is a beginning in itself. Hence, use death as an opportunity for spiritual growth and
evolution spiritually.
