The wait was unexpectedly
a long one- 3 hours 30 minutes
for a meeting of 30 seconds.
But the real question should be
the officer we were meeting,
was he worth that much? Well,
call us lucky because we made
it despite the angry businessmen
in the waiting room.
Sparkling lights, a clean desk, India’s
flag, and comfortable chairs, all in a
200 square feet room where on the
other side of the desk, he sits and hears
people’s plight and the minister’s cry.
But the remarkable thing about his
personality is that: any person that meets
him goes home happy. His face has a
calmness that instills peace in us,
a smile that fills us with ease,
and a truth that sets us free.
He is the IAS officer of West Singhbhum
Jharkhand. He is an IAS officer of our Zila.
May God bless him!
