InterConnected is a social club, which strives towards extending help towards reaching people and communities in need and helping them with food, clothes, and jobs. It also feeds stray animals and takes care of injured animals. It creates awareness in society using the internet and public gatherings in Chaibasa, Jharkhand.
It is the only NGO operating in Chaibasa, which started on 4th June 2022 with two members. Currently, there are 10 members actively working towards the cause whereas on the other hand, InterConnected Family comprises 70 people.
Their 11th project: Spread the Warmth was successful on 9th November 2022.
In Spread the Warmth Project, InterConnected Team distributed fruits, snacks, woolen clothes, sweaters, and blankets to 40 children and mothers in Turi Tola, Chaibasa. People who received were filled with gratitude for God for, there is everyone there for everyone.
After the project, each and everyone thanked each other for making their contribution through time, clothes and management.
The Story Behind as Narrated by the Founder:
“The more you give the more you have.”
It was evening around 7 o’clock. I casually asked the daughter of my housemaid what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said, doctor. I asked her why. She said she wants to treat patients who cannot afford good treatment free of cost.
I was taken in awe. Her mother works in 4 houses and she goes to Government School. She who herself is living in poverty dreams of helping others.
What I learned that day from a seven-year-old girl is that in life it doesn’t matter where we come from or how poor we are! What matters is that we are willing to share whatever little or more we have!
So, we have come up with InterConnected as a platform for young individuals to join hands and extend it towards children and women in need by providing them food, clothes, houses and jobs. We are also working on raising awareness in society regarding nature, mental health and healthy living through posts, videos, seminars and meetings.
Vision: Our aim is to heal society and bring heaven on earth.
