Amrita Deora, the founder, and CEO of The Designera, India’s first and only pop-art gallery, inaugurated her first physical art gallery, The Designera, at One Lodha Place in Lower Parel. The grand inauguration is expected to be a treat for art lovers.
The Designera boasts a spacious area of 3,000 square feet, showcasing a diverse range of contemporary pop-art creations. Pop-art pieces range from paintings to sculptures that exhibit the unique, vibrant, colourful, light-hearted, and unique aesthetic created by emerging artists across India.
Additionally, the gallery features unexplored mediums of art, including augmented reality (AR) art, where visitors can witness the magic of art coming to life by simply scanning the paintings with their smartphones.
In addition, the gallery showcases paintings created using artificial intelligence and lenticular technology-created pieces, which give the illusion of depth (3D), movement, or the merging of two different images.
