Actress Rasika Dugal is looking forward to exciting upcoming projects such as Delhi Crime Season 2, Out Of Love Season 2 and Lord Curzon Ki Haveli. She remembered the second anniversary of Aijaz Khan’s Hamid with a special post on her social media.
The story of the film revolves around a seven-year-old Hamid searching for his father. The Mirzapur actor fondly remembers being apprehensive about signing up for the film as it demanded dialect training in a limited time span. She was seen essaying the role of a Kashmiri woman with a son who’s looking for his missing father. The actor earned tremendous appreciation for the role of a grieving wife and a dejected mother and she won the Best Actor Award for it at Rajasthan International Film Festival. The film went on to win the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Urdu at the 66th National Film Awards.
