The students of the Shankar Mahadevan Music Academy showcased their talent during their grand annual recital, ‘EKTA,’ which is part of the Inspire India Project.
Grammy Award-winner Padmashree Dr. Shankar Mahadevan himself attended the event, offering encouragement to each participant, creating an atmosphere filled with joy and positivity.
The music and lyrics composed by the students beautifully reflected themes of corporate social responsibility, focusing on
important issues such as women empowerment, anti-plastic initiatives, environmental sustainability, and community support. The event served as a powerful reminder of how music can inspire positive change in society.
The evening was further honored by the presence of Dr. Kailash Shinde, the Municipal Commissioner of Navi Mumbai, and Mrs. Sangeeta Shankar Mahadevan.
