Kartik Aaryan to have a home in Alibaug

Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan has made his first land investment by acquiring a plot at Chateau de Alibaug, a flagship coastal development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). Launched in April 2023, the project has attracted significant attention from top Corporate CEO’s/CXO’s celebrities from Bollywood, sports, and entrepreneurs among others in one of the region’s most promising real estate destinations.

Aaryan has purchased a plot measuring 2000 sq. ft. at a value of Rs 2 crore. The registration of the booking was completed on September 3, 2025, by his mother, Mrs. Mala Tiwari, who executed the formalities as Power of Attorney, along with his father, Mr. Manish Tiwari.

Alibaug, known for its natural beauty and proximity to Mumbai, has witnessed a surge in both tourism and real estate interest in recent years. Government initiatives to enhance connectivity—such as the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, and upgraded road and jetty infrastructure — have significantly improved access to the region. These developments have driven demand for premium plotted developments and second homes, making Alibaug the most sought after emerging residential markets near Mumbai.
