Actor Taaruk is set to make his singing debut with a heartbreak single, Sukoon. Backed by Sony Music India. Composed by Taaruk, Charan and Bruno Mota from Redmojo (Portugal-based production house), sung by Taaruk and penned by him and Charan, Sukoon features him and actress Aisha Ahmed. The song is set to release on November 24.

Taaruk is an actor-dancer, who is best known for playing the titular character on the BookMyShow Musical Disney’s Aladdin. Recently, he was seen in the Netflix Original Mismatched, as part of the ensemble cast that includes Prajakta Koli, Rohit Saraf and Rannvijay Singha. “I am overwhelmed that a song that has stayed with me for so long will finally be at the fingertips of the listeners around the world. A huge thanks to Sony Music India for believing in me. I’m very excited for its release and I have my fingers crossed,” says Taaruk.

Aisha says, “I’m extremely happy about Sukoon. I loved it the first time I heard it and I have no doubt that Taaruk is here to stay and shine. I think its music video concept is super interesting and fresh. I can’t wait for it to reach to the listeners.”
