Healer Pooja Seth, known for her compassionate approach and deep spiritual insight, believes that the way one begins the year sets the tone for everything that follows. Born in Mumbai and raised in Amritsar, Pooja has transformed her own life challenges into a higher purpose of spreading healing, positivity, and inner balance. A certified Pranic Healer, her work spans multiple spiritual modalities including Angel Card Reading, Switchwords, Vastu, Crystal Healing, Chakra Healing, Manifestation Coaching, Inner Child Healing, Past Life Regression, Sound Healing, and Soul Constellation. Through her practice, she continues to guide people toward peace, clarity, and prosperity.

Speaking about the month of January 2026, Pooja explains that the new year carries special significance, especially after a difficult 2025 for many. “There are three remedies that last for an entire lifetime, coming and going every year. But 2026 follows a 2025 that was a year of immense suffering for many people. For some, it was truly terrible,” she says.

According to Pooja, cleansing one’s physical space is the first and most important step. “If possible in 2026, always keep your home and your space clean using Himalayan pink salt or rock salt. Mopping the floors with salt water will remove all negativity from the house and cleanse the space,” she shares, adding that a clean environment allows positive energy to flow freely.

She also strongly advocates setting intentions early in the year. “Every action should be done with an intention, and that intention should involve creating a vision board. This board should include everything we desire, health, wealth, and prosperity,” she says. Pooja recommends creating the vision board on January 1 or completing it within the first week, calling it a powerful tool to attract and manifest one’s goals.

Gratitude, she believes, is a daily practice that can transform lives. “One should practice gratitude daily. Whatever we desire for ourselves, we should desire for others as well, because when we maintain gratitude for everything, it opens the doors to infinite opportunities and abundance,” she explains. Along with gratitude, staying grounded is equally essential. “I believe we should make a fresh start every morning with yoga, meditation, and deep breathing.”

Spiritual practices at home also play a key role in welcoming peace and prosperity. “Try to set an intention by performing prayers like the Hanuman Chalisa or a Hawan in the house. This is something we must definitely do this year,” Pooja says, emphasising the importance of starting the day and the year with positive vibrations.

When it comes to what not to do, Pooja advises avoiding conflict and pressure. “We should not fight or argue with anyone. The day should begin peacefully. Whatever intention you start with, there should be no pressure attached to it,” she notes. She also highlights the need to declutter on every level. “We must clear the clutter and junk not just from our homes, but from our mind, body, and soul. Physical, emotional, and mental health are equally important.”

Pooja further cautions against making choices that create long-term stress. “Do your work, but do it with passion; don’t make it a burden. Also, do not make decisions that lead to debt, which then takes a lifetime to repay,” she advises. Reflecting on the lessons of the past year, she concludes, “By taking the lessons from the mistakes you made last year, you can make a beautiful start to your new year.”
