Besides being a talented musician, Kaka Wrld is also known for his eclectic fashion sense. In a candid chat with Soumya Vajpayee, the Bholenath hitmaker spoke about his fashion sense and his favourite choices.
How do you define style?
For me, style is knowing who you are, what you want to say, and not giving a damn. It’s an expression of individualism mixed with charisma.
Which kind of outfit do you love the most?
I love streetwear outfits the most. I think they suits me the best. Stuff like denims, jackets, hoodies and bling colours attract me.
Who is your style/fashion icon?
When I think of someone I admire in the fasion or style sense, J Balvin is the man. I just love his style for outfits, the way he carries himself with different outfits and looks best in each one of them.
What is that one fashion/style accessory you cannot leave home without?
I can’t leave home without my sunglasses. They make me feel confident about my style and unique around people.
Which celebrity do you admire the most for their style quotient and why?
Ranveer Singh. He has a very unique style of his own. He can do justice with every single outfit in the world.
Which is your favourite perfume?
Gucci Oud
A fashion/style taboo that you strongly condemn.
I don’t like when some people have to style in a way the society wants them to. Everyone should have the freedom to style themselves as they want. Also, I hate when people judge someone on the basis of their dressing sense. This should end and people should have the freedom to choose whatever they want to wear.
