Bollywood Power Couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Named Brand Ambassadors for Abu Dhabi Tourism
The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s destination brand, Experience Abu Dhabi, has announced Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone as its newest regional brand ambassador. Deepika joins her husband and fellow Bollywood icon Ranveer Singh, who has been representing the emirate since 2023. Together, they become the first Bollywood power couple to jointly promote Abu Dhabi as a must-visit travel destination.
With a global fan base extending beyond India, Deepika Padukone will highlight Abu Dhabi’s diverse attractions, positioning the city as a vibrant destination offering something for every type of traveler.
“Abu Dhabi is the ultimate family hotspot. They have it all: culture, adventure, beaches, entertainment, you name it,” said Ranveer Singh. “I am incredibly proud to have shared this city with the world over the years, and what makes me even happier is that I now get to experience this journey with my wife who joins in as a brand ambassador, Deepika. We are celebrating everything that makes Abu Dhabi so special – from its family-friendly attractions to the warmth of Emirati hospitality, it is a place where people come to create memories for life.”
As brand ambassador, Deepika will lead upcoming campaigns showcasing Abu Dhabi’s rich experiences and seasonal highlights, including the vibrant Diwali festival. Through engaging brand films and storytelling, she will invite audiences to explore Abu Dhabi’s many offerings – from serene kayak trips through mangrove forests to adrenaline-filled adventures.
Deepika Padukone shared her excitement, saying, “Travel is always more meaningful when it is with the people you love.
