The countdown to the mega release of Sajid Nadiadwala’s O’Romeo has begun, with just two days left for the film to hit theatres. The Vishal Bhardwaj directorial, inspired by true events, brings together yesteryear actors Farida Jalal and Aruna Irani on screen after 29 years since their collaboration in the Shah Rukh Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit starrer Dil To Pagal Hai (1997).
Both powerhouse actors play pivotal roles in this action romance drama, which also stars Shahid Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, Avinash Tiwary, Nana Patekar, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani, and Vikrant Massey in a special appearance.
In the past, Farida Jalal and Aruna Irani have collaborated on several successful projects such as Laadla, Raja Babu, Beta, and more. It will be exciting to see these two veteran performers bring their magic back to the big screen in this action romantic drama.
O’Romeo has already generated significant intrigue and excitement among audiences ahead of its release. The recent one-of-a-kind advance booking announcement event at Gaiety Galaxy created a fan frenzy. For the first time in history, the iconic theatre was painted entirely red, matching the film’s colour palette.
