VEDIK GYAN:

Abhimanyu was the son of Arjuna and Subhadra. He was the nephew of Lord Sri Krishna and was married to Uttra, the princess of Matsya Naresh. Abhimanyu was killed on the 13th day of the Mahabharta war at Kuruchhetra.

Abhimanyu possessed incomparable courage, valor and fighting ability. He had even learnt to break Chakravihyu when he was in womb of Subhadra. He was killed on 13 days of war, because of his lack of knowledge of breaking ChakraViyihu.

Abhimanyu had two wife’s, Vatsala or Sasirekha (daughter of Balarama) and Uttara.
