The original text of the Constitution contained 395 articles in 22 parts and eight schedules. It came into effect on January 26, 1950, the day that India celebrates each year as the Republic Day.
The number of articles has since increased to 448 due to 100 amendments.

Hanuman was not only Vayputra but also a avatara of Lord Shiva.
Hanuman was of Treta Yuga , so he would have more ability and capabilities to fly. And for Bhima he was born in Dwapara Yuga and after each Yuga strength decreases.

अन्नेन क्षणिका तृप्तिः यावज्जीवं च विद्यया।।9।।
Annadānaṁ Paraṁ Dānaṁ Vidyādānaṁ Ataḥ Paraṁ ।
Annena Kṣaṇikā Tr̥ptiḥ Yāvajjīvaṁ Ca Vidyayā।।
Giving Food To The hungry is a great donation and donation of the knowledge is considered important among all other donations .
By food ones hunger is fulfilled and One can survive at that point of time whereas the knowledge attained helps one to survive whole life.
