INDIA-CHINA RELATION
At the time of India’s independence, the relationship between India and China was not as bitter as it has been since 1962. Since America favoured Pakistan at that time, India thought it is good to keep friendly relations with its neighbour China.
This is the reason that India did not strongly oppose China while it was attacking Tibet. Indian relations with China started worsening when India had given shelter to spiritual leader Dalai Lama in 1959.
Although the immediate Prime Minister Nehru tried to make good relations between the two countries through the Panchsheel agreement, however, he did not succeed and the 1962 war took place between the two countries.

Why Ravana did not touch Goddess Sita even while in captivity. Actually Reason is:
Lord Shiva, happy with the austerity of Ravana, gave him a dagger and after getting the dagger from Shiva, Ravana became more powerful than before and went out to conquer the 3 worlds. During the Trilok Vijay campaign, Ravana reached heaven, where he met an apsara named Rambha. Seeing the beauty of Rambha, Ravana was fascinated on her and Ravana caught her, then Rambha told her not to force me. I am like your daughter-in-law, but even after refusing, Ravan misbehaved with her. When Kubera came to know this, he cursed Ravana, that, “O Ravana, after today, if you touch any woman without her will, then your head will be cut into a hundred pieces.” For this reason, Sita cannot even touch you without your consent. ”
At the time of exile, Lord Ram stayed in Panchavati with his wife Sita and younger brother Laxman for a few days, from Panchavati, Lankapati Ravana had kidnapped Goddess Sita in the buffalo on the pretext of asking for alms.
It is said that Ravana had taken Goddess Sita to Lanka by way of Akash Marg after carrying out the deception, Goddess Sita was kept captive in Ashoka Vatika. Left her under the protection of the demon, but Ravan could also force Goddess Sita.
