🤔 How it works …….. ⁉
RADAR stands for Radio Detection and Ranging System. It is basically an electromagnetic system used to detect the location and distance of an object from the point where the RADAR is placed. The electronic principle on which radar operates is very similar to the principle of sound-wave reflection. The radio-frequency (rf) energy is transmitted to and reflected from the reflecting object. … A small portion of the reflected energy returns to the radar set.
It works by radiating energy into space and monitoring the echo or reflected signal from the objects. For air traffic control radars, the beam is shaped like a fan, narrow in the horizontal direction, and wide in the vertical direction, to accommodate high-flying planes. This beam scans around in a circle once every two or three seconds and echoes are displayed on a circular display called a plan-position indicator.
Electromagnetic waves “bounce” off objects that conduct electricity, so old-fashioned aircraft made from wood and canvas didn’t produce big radar echoes, The same applies to modern planes made from carbon fibre composites. Aluminium skinned planes make the best targets.
😳Why❓❓❓
What causes skin to wrinkle with age ⁉️
Wrinkles are a natural part of the aging process. As people get older, their skin becomes thinner, drier, and less elastic, which means it is less able to protect itself from damage.
This leads to wrinkles, creases, and lines on the skin. As we get older, our skin naturally becomes less elastic and more fragile. Decreased production of natural oils dries our skin and makes it appear more wrinkled. Fat in the deeper layers of our skin diminishes. This causes loose, saggy skin and more-pronounced lines and crevices.
