🤔 How it works ……..

How Antacids such as ENO works to neutralize acidity.

Acidity is a set of symptoms caused by excess production of acid by the gastric glands of the stomach. Your stomach naturally produces gastric or hydrochloric acid (HCl) to help digest and break down food. Acidity issues arise when there is excess production of this acid due to triggers such as acidic foods, alcohol, dehydration and stress.

When acidity occurs, the excess acid may move up from your stomach to your esophagus. The lining of your stomach with a pH of 1 to 3 is designed as such to withstand a high acidic environment. Your esophagus on the other hand with a pH close to 7 is not, and you may experience symptoms such as a burning sensation in the chest when this pH drops below 4.
Other uncomfortable symptoms may include sour taste in the mouth, heaviness and burning sensation in the stomach or throat. Antacids such as *ENO* work to bring up the pH in your Esophagus to above 3.5 relieving you from acidity.

ENO is made with sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and citric acid. Its ingredients dissolve quickly to create an effervescent solution which neutralizes stomach acid on contact. And it’s also gentle on the stomach.

😳Why❓❓❓

Scientific reason why non-vegetarian food not eat during Shravan month?

Shravana is very devine month because this is when Dakshinayanam (Sun travels towards south), when Adiyogi started walking towards south and became Dakshinamurthy and also he enlightened Saptarshis with fundamentals of yogic science.

But scientifically this is the when Sun rises towards south-east, from this months *Sun rays are not strong means bacteria & virus thrive more than in Uttarayana where sun is strong. Our digestion strength slows down and the weather gets cooler & wet which might cause lot of health problems.
Non-veg takes 3 times more to digest than vegeterian food so it is stated to avoid non-veg or reduce significantly to avoid any health issues because from animals we get many viral fevers, allergies and other kind of health issues.
