International foundation and natural health and yoga celebrated World Soil Day on 5th Dec 2020 on a virtual stage. The main idea of organising the event was to create awareness of knowing importance of healthy soil also let every one focus on the concept that Healthy soil is foundation of healthy plant and hence healthy human being. Further, to encourage people to know more about the importance of soil quality for food security, healthy ecosystems and human well-being. The conference was attended people all around the world.
International foundation and natural health and yoga (IFNHY) is a non-profitable organisation which has taken the responsibility of carrying out the mission of spreading the awareness of naturopathy and Yoga in every part of the country by conducting seminars, symposium/lectures, health camps and exhibition with great spirit.
The event started by melodious Saraswati Vandana by Parnika Bhambi from Sri Vishwakarma skill university ,Haryana. Dr Reeta Hazarika(secretary General IFNHY) took over the virtual stage and welcomed guests by presenting present status of soil and why there is decline in soil health.Dr Ritu Talwar paid homage and tribute to founder members- Dr. Hira Lalji, Mahashya Tirth Ramji And Dr. N S Adhikari. Their whole life was devoted in promotion of naturopathy and yoga. Their vision was carried forward by DR. N S Adhikari, who moulded old age naturopathy with modern science.
The keynote speaker was Dr.Tawaswini Pradhan Sharma (Sr. Consultant , head and neck Oncosurgery, fortis hospital ,Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Her speech was very educative, interesting and encouraging lecture on ‘Role of Yoga & Naturopathy’ while treating the Cancer patients in strengthening their Immune system which is vital for the treatment. She conveyed that Yoga may not cure cancer, but can help the healing by building physical, mental and emotional endurance.
Dr B B Goel(President , IFNHY) shared about nutritive value that soil contains and being one of the important component among all 5 element also discussed its properties. He explained how mud can help in detoxification and guided everyone to take organic food.
Dr Pawan Kumar Chauhan (Sr. Executive officer (yoga and naturopathy), NIOS) , Further discussed about how can we improve the quality of soil.
Dr. Ashwani, Yogacharya and faculty member, IFNHY conducted and co-ordinated the Yoga demonstration beautifully presented on the stage by Yogaguru Krishan Kumar ji and his group. Every yogasan was extremely useful in daily life and particularly very helpful in boosting our immune system in this Pandemic time. Shri Krishan Kumar has won many Gold and other medals in India and Asian levels.
IFNHY also offers diploma after completion of 2 yrs NDDY program and attaining theoretical and practical knowledge of naturopathy and yoga.
IFNHY imparted the Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals to the achievers of 2019.

Silver meda was bagged by Rekha Gupta Aggarwal and Ratna Jauhry Negi
Bronze medal was bagged by Rita Lajpal
I, Rita Lajpal pay my tribute to Dr. Hira Lal and Dr.N.S.Adhikari founder member of IFNHY.
