1. Microsoft software outage disrupts multiple services worldwide; Millions of people around the globe have been affected by widespread Microsoft software outage. It has impacted IT network of multiple businesses, banking services and international airlines worldwide.
2. External Affairs Ministry has appealed to Indian nationals in Bangladesh to follow the advisory issued by the High Commission in Dhaka due to anti-quota protests. It also urged them to be in touch with the High Commission.
3. External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar spoke to his Ukrainian counterpart this afternoon and discussed issues of mutual interest.
4. 46th Session of the World Heritage Committee will be held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi from 21st July to 31st July. India is hosting this event for the first time and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the session on the 21st of this month.
5. The Ministry of External Affairs said on Friday that it was in touch with at least 50 Indian nationals who wished to end their employment in the Russian Army, after Prime Minister Narendra Modi raised the matter with Russian President Vladimir Putin during his recent visit to Moscow.
