1. Pakistan’s key ally China has been actively bolstering the defence capabilities of the Pakistani army along Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir over the past three years which includes the construction of steelhead bunkers and the provision of Unmanned Aerial and Combat Aerial Vehicles.

2. Former Pakistani minister Fawad Chaudhry, who has voiced support multiple times for Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal, is at it again, as he criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that the Indian leader and his “extreme ideology” need to be defeated.

1. “One Person, One File” (OPOF) is a program suggested by the government of that would make digital surveillance and censorship much stricter in China.

2. Immigration New Zealand (INZ) will add a new requirement to all applications for guest visas. Now, supporting papers sent with applications must be in English or have certified translations with them if they were written in a language other than English.

3. A devastating landslide in the remote village of Yambali in the Enga Province of Papua New Guinea has buried an entire village, resulting in a catastrophic loss of life. According to the United Nations agency International Organization for Migration (IOM), more than 670 people have died, and over 2000 are feared trapped under the soil.

4. North Korea launches ‘garbage war’ against South Korea, sends balloons carrying filth over the border in retaliation to balloons carrying leaflets.

Kim Jong Un ruled North Korea has added a new weapon to its arsenal to target South Korea, garbage and manure, carried by massive gas balloons.

5. The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors has approved two projects totalling 700 million US dollars to provide basic services and build disaster and social resilience for both the host communities and the displaced Rohingya population in Bangladesh.

6. In Pakistan, a speeding passenger bus crashed off a mountainous highway and fell into a ravine in southwest Pakistan early Wednesday, killing at least 20 passengers, police and government officials said.
