After a fierce recognition at various prestigious awards, Ram Kamal Mukherjee’s Dada Phalke Award-winning short film, Rickshawala, is in the news yet again. Caught in the middle of a positive wave of reviews, actress Sambhavna Seth joins the storm and gives an unabashed yet goofy response to her beau Avinash Dwivedi’s Rickshawala official trailer.
Sambhavna Seth took it to her YouTube channel and applauded the director, actress and Avinash for a powerful performance. Reacting to Avinash’s bold scenes from the short film, Sambhavna entered into a friendly banter with Avinash and expressed her eagerness to watch the film. This vlog about reacting to Rickshawala trailer by Sambhavna received tremendous love and crossed 1.9 million views on YouTube.
Sambhavna Seth shared, “I am really proud of Avinash for being a part of a project like Rikshawala. It is a story beyond conventions that authentically portrays a real image of Rikshawalas in Kolkata. When I first watched the snippets of Avinash’s bold scenes from the film, I teased him but I know that the romance angle was really important to the story, and brought about a message that people need to talk about much more.
