You can be happy,
even when nothing in
your life is going right.
Happiness is an attitude,
it is a state of mind.

And as the law governs,
whatever you think, you
attract that in your life,
so your current thought
shapes what next is going
to happen in life.

That is the Law Of Attraction.
Thus, Zens and other serious
meditators emphasize on
mastery over the mind.

For, when you attain that,
you attain mastery over the
self. It is the most difficult
battle you ever have to win.
