The relation of color with our bodies

relation of color with our bodies

Did you know that Color play’s a crucial role in treating your health issues? Have you ever wondered why did grandparents recommend eating red vegetables in order to get rosy cheeks? You will be surprised to know that for humans to live a healthy life it is essential to maintain the correct balance of color and light in our bodies.

A color is a visual representation of how light reflects off a surface. During reflection from a surface, color is represented as the visible spectrum of light. There are some colors that bounce off an object and others that are absorbed by it when light shines on it. It is only the colors that are reflected or bounced off that our eyes can see. The black surface absorbs all light, whereas the white surface reflects all light. In the case of colors that aren’t black or white, the only one that remains is the color you see. A red vase, for example, absorbs every color except red, so only red is reflected back to your eye.

The body is composed of air, water, minerals, and heat, but scientists disagree as to whether the body has a soul, whose substance is color. To those who believe in the soul, the importance of color is just as important to the soul as the importance of air to the body.

As nature’s own method and device for balancing and regulating the organism, healing through colour was probably the first form of therapy used by man. Sunlight feeds and warms us; flora and fauna provide us with character and mood; winds and seas rock us to sleep. This implies that different colors carry different frequencies to the body, which symbolize health, ease, and harmony.

Color plays a fundamental role in any healing system; all organs have characteristic vibrational frequencies. A disease is merely a change in frequency that results from a strainer, whether chemical, mechanical, or thermal in nature, causing vibrations to step up or down. Disease is simply a bodily response to strain. Germs, for example, are one of the strainers. The body has a tendency to return to its original function after undergoing a change in function. The cells, however, reject the rays and vibrations that they do not need. Similarly, if they lack food, or color, they begin to depolarize and change their frequency and growth pattern. As a result, the wrong color and the wrong food can alter the frequency and electro-magnetic field force of the cell, which interacts with the larger field force of the organ, affecting the whole body, which then responds to the overall field of force. Therefore, color has a rational type of therapy for health and disease that is pure vibration.

Moreover, the article indicates that one can lose weight and gain weight with the aid of color since food is nothing more than a color materialized by plants. Through photosynthesis, the plant converts light into food. Conversely, when we break down the food back into light and color.

An imbalance between blue and red rays leads to thinness or underweight. A person who is underweight is suffering from an overdose of red rays or a shortage of blue rays. The body must be exposed to blue rays to maintain its balance, eat foods containing the blue ray spectrum, including blueberries, plums, grapes, pears, potatoes, etc., and drink solarized blue water, containing blue colored water placed in a blue colored bottle or glass and exposed in the sun twice daily for at least one hour.

In contrast, overweight is the result of an imbalance between the red and blue rays of the spectrum within the body. The overdose of blue rays or the lack of red rays in the body. To restore the balance body must be expose to red rays, must eat food containing the red rays for example beets, cherries, egg-plant, Radishes, red-skinned fruits etc and must slip solarized red-way water which is exposed to and irradiated by the rays of the sun twice daily.

Color is vital part of man’s health. Color with its use of light and sound is significant in keeping man healthy and treating his illness so that he can function in harmony and balance.
