More Than This

I am more than this.
I am more than my skin,
more than my color and
country, more than food
and wine, more than love
and labor.

I am a soul with a body,
energy, emotions and
thoughts.

Even if I desire I can not
be a robot. And even if I
do not recognize I can not
be anything other than
soul.

I am that I am.
And I want to live, laugh
somedays, I want to sit
and practice silence
somedays, I want to live
whole life and to my full
potential.
