No Rapido, Uber bike-taxi to operate on Delhi roads for now as Supreme Court stays HC order. The Delhi government in February banned all such operators from offering any bike-taxi services in the Capital under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The Supreme Court on Monday brought the operation of bike taxis in the Capital to a halt, staying Delhi high court orders that permitted aggregators to ply two-wheelers as taxis until the state government notifies pertinent regulations.
