Baseline Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. has launched its CSR arm, Baseline Foundation, as a part of its commitment to “giving back to society through CSR initiatives in sports”. Baseline Foundation envisions itself to be a catalyst for young athletic talents by encouraging them to follow a career in sports by nurturing and developing their abilities.
By establishing an organized grass-root level program, Baseline Foundation will be collaborating with training centres and academies to facilitate physical and theoretical training in sports to sports talents.
As a part of this initiative, Baseline Foundation will be supporting Riya Sachdeva, the tennis prodigy in her advanced tennis training. Riya is the winner of U16 Asian grade 1 Tennis tournament 2023, and is currently ranked no 1. in Asia. Riya is also currently ranked no 1. in India by All India Tennis Federation (AITA).
