1. S Jaishankar calls on SCO foreign ministers to support ‘New Delhi declaration’ & 4 joint statements
Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar also asked for English to be included as SCO’s 3rd official language. Currently, Russian & Mandarin are used as official, working languages. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Friday made it clear again that the ties between the two countries India – China cannot be normal until peace and tranquillity are maintained on the Land of Actual Control (LAC).

2. PM Modi will be the Guest of Honour on France’s National Day on July 14.

3. Calling SCO a platform of mutual understanding and security, Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday said that the potential of peace can be unlocked when great powers play the role of peacemakers, as he addressed the SCO-Council of Foreign Ministers meet in Goa.
