Though we are all children of God and deserve an equal opportunity to know the ancient truths and secrets to live life in a much more exhilarated manner, by being denied the truths, God and spiritual masters are saving us from the chaos and mess we might come upon with the misuse of the powers.
As we are born in Kaliyuga, which means as the year progresses we will less clearly be able to see and perceive the truth and God which in turn will make us evil and enhance our dark sides. When our physical, mental, emotional, and etheric body is not clean or pure enough, then, being empowered with divine light will only harm us and if our body is very impure then, it can also be destroyed by its touch.
Such are powers that exist in this world. That is why today so many tantricians have flourished and run their businesses from small corners of the world.
It is as simple as that words and sounds have healing powers as well as powers of destruction. Now, how we use it adds and deducts meaning to our lives. When used for wrong and manipulative reasons, will fetch negative karma.
So, until we are wise enough as a soul, the truths must be protected and guarded and only the disciples who seek it in earnest and have the intention and goal of service must be entrusted with these ancient truths, knowledge, and secrets.
